Day-to-Day Itinerary
DAY 1 – Welcome to Eastern Anatolia!
• Arrive at Ağrı or Iğdır Airport, where our team will warmly greet you.
• Transfer to Doğubayazıt, a historic town near Mount Ararat.
• Enjoy a traditional welcome dinner and brieng on the trekking expedition.
• Rest in a comfortable hotel before beginning the adventure.

DAY 2 – Doğubayazıt to Base Camp 1 (3,200m)
• After breakfast, transfer to Çevirme Village (2,200m), the starting point of our trek.
• Begin ascent through grassy slopes and volcanic terrain to Base Camp 1 (3,200m).
• Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch along the way. • Set up camp and acclimatize to high altitude.
• Dinner under the stars, with views of Ağrı Mountain’s majestic summit.

DAY 3 – Acclimatization Trek to 4,200m & Return to Base Camp 1
• After a hearty breakfast, start an acclimatization hike towards Base Camp 2 (4,200m).
• Trek through rugged volcanic landscapes and glacial valleys.
• Enjoy a picnic lunch with panoramic views of the surrounding Anatolian plains.
• Return to Base Camp 1 for the night to assist acclimatization.

DAY 4 – Base Camp 1 to Base Camp 2 (4,200m)
• Begin a gradual but demanding ascent to Base Camp 2.
• Trek across rocky ridges and high-altitude plateaus.
• Arrive at Base Camp 2 (4,200m) and rest before the summit push.
• Dinner and overnight stay in tents, preparing for the nal climb.

DAY 5 – SUMMIT DAY (5,137m) & Descent to Base Camp 1
• Early morning departure (midnight to 1 AM) for the nal ascent.
• Trek across steep, icy slopes towards the summit.
• Experience the breathtaking sunrise from the summit of Mount Ararat (5,137m).
• Celebrate at the peak before descending back to Base Camp 2 for lunch.
• Continue the descent to Base Camp 1 for an overnight stay.

DAY 6 – Base Camp 1 to Doğubayazıt
• Enjoy a leisurely morning at Base Camp 1 before descending back to Çevirme Village.
• Transfer to Doğubayazıt for a well-deserved hot shower and rest.
• Visit the iconic İshak Paşa Palace, an architectural masterpiece from the Ottoman era.
